This post is just a little taste of what I actually do every day — not in a perfect, Pinterest kind of way, but in a real, grounded, high-discipline, high-vibration kind of way.
I’ll go into detail in future posts (don’t worry), but I wanted to share what a typical day looks like for me — the habits that keep me feeling clean, clear, and connected.
💖 Morning Routine (Fasted & Focused)
- I start every day with a Hot Girl Walk — minimum 30 minutes, usually more
- I always aim for at least 10,000 steps a day, no excuses
- I train fasted, usually doing Pilates or mobility work to stay lean, sculpted, and flexible
- No food, no noise — just movement, silence, and clarity
🔥 Intermittent Fasting = Daily Discipline
- I fast for 16-20 hours every single day — I’ve done this for years and it changed my body + brain
- I never eat in the morning — I keep my energy clean, focused, and grounded
- I only break my fast in the evening, once I’ve moved my body and handled my day
🌿 Breaking the Fast the Hot Girl Way
- When I break my fast, I always start with:
- Multivitamins
- Black seed oil (yes, even when it tastes horrible — the benefits are worth it)
- I eat intuitively, usually 1-2 meals, always nourishing, clean, and satisfying
- I never force meals, count calories, or stress — I trust my body and stay aware
✨ Little Habits That Keep Me in My Energy
- I move every single day — even on “rest” days
- I keep my body clean and my space peaceful
- I say no to chaos, sugar crashes, and gossip
- I stay rooted in routine, but never rigid — feminine energy loves rhythm, not pressure
This is my baseline. These are my non-negotiables. I’ll break each of them down in future posts — the why, the how, the glow-up behind every habit.
Because being a hot girl isn’t just about the vibe — it’s about what you do when no one’s watching.
