Daily habits build the foundation. But the real magic happens when you combine that with intentional, deeper rituals โ the ones that cleanse, heal, and realign you from the inside out.
I do most of these things at least once a month, not just for the benefits, but to remind myself that I deserve to be taken care of โ by me.
These are my monthly hot girl resets: soft, clean, high-frequency, and deeply effective.
๐ง 48โ72 Hour Water Fasts (1โ2x per season)
I do multi-day water fasts a few times per year โ usually for 48 to 72 hours. Just water, celtic salt, tea/coffee, movement, stillness, and reflection.
Why I do them:
- Deep detox: triggers autophagy (cellular clean-up mode)
- Mental silence: once hunger fades, clarity takes over
- Spiritual strength: connects me to Allah, to my body, and to discipline
- Fat loss support: especially for breaking plateaus
I always do them when my schedule is calm โ never during chaos. It’s not a punishment. Itโs a sacred pause.
๐ฉธ Hijama (Wet Cupping) โ Every 2 Months
Hijama is one of the most powerful healing tools Iโve ever used. I try to do it every other month, and always feel lighter, clearer, and more centered after. I sometimes combine it with dry cupping as well since it can be dangerous to lose blood too often.
My main reasons:
- Drains old, stagnant blood that the body canโt clear on its own
- Relieves tension and inflammation
- Boosts circulation, digestion, and hormonal balance
- Clears mental fog, and even helps with my skin and sleep
I always go to someone clean, professional, and spiritually aligned. I usually focus on back points and sometimes the legs, depending on how Iโm feeling or if I have pain somewhere.
๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธ Massages โ Once a Month
I donโt wait until Iโm in pain. I book massages proactively, once a month, as part of my maintenance.
Benefits I notice:
- Loosens tight muscles and fascia from training or walking
- Helps with body symmetry and pelvic balance (which I work on!)
- Stimulates lymphatic drainage
- Regulates my nervous system โ I literally feel more peaceful after
I prefer firm, deep-tissue style that really gets into the muscle.
๐ฅ Sauna Sessions โ 2โ4 Times a Month
When I feel inflamed, puffy, or heavy, I run to the sauna.
Why I love it:
- Helps my body sweat out toxins
- Reduces water retention
- Clears my skin and gives that flushed glow
- Relieves muscle tension and speeds up recovery
- Forces me to slow down โ I leave feeling soft and quiet
Bonus: I sometimes pair sauna time with breathwork or just meditation and remembrance of God to make it spiritual, too.
๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ Hair Oil Masks โ Weekly or Biweekly
Hair care is part of the hot girl glow. I oil my hair once a week or every other week, depending on the season.
What I use:
- Castor oil for thickness
- Coconut or olive oil for shine and softness
- Sometimes I mix in essential oils like rosemary or tea tree
Benefits I feel:
- Less breakage and stronger strands
- A naturally soft, shiny look without styling
- Reduced scalp dryness and flakiness
- Hair grows thicker and healthier over time
I usually leave the oil in overnight and wash it out the next morning โ clean hair, clear energy.
โจ Other Mini Rituals I Rotate Monthly
- Black seed oil (internally and topically)
- Oil pulling in the morning for detox + oral health
- Epsom salt foot soaks after long days
- Dry brushing before showers to stimulate the lymph system
- Digital detox days to realign with real life
๐๏ธ Why I Do All of This
I donโt wait until Iโm sick, burnt out, or broken to start healing.
These rituals keep me ahead of imbalance โ they help me stay grounded, energized, feminine, and unbothered.
They remind me that:
โTaking care of myself is not a luxury โ itโs a standard.โ
I donโt need spa days or vacations to feel good. I just need rhythm. And intention. And time with myself.
๐ Hot Girl Ritual Rhythm:
- Water fast: every few months
- Hijama/Wet cupping: every 2 months
- Massage: once a month
- Sauna: 2โ4x a month
- Hair oiling: weekly or biweekly
- Foot soaks, dry brushing, detox habits: as needed

Stay soft. Stay disciplined. Stay radiant.
xoxo
